Thank you for considering King's Telemessaging! Our pre-employment testing covers skills vital to telephone answering service agents, including typing speed, name and number transcription, spelling, and reading comprehension. It's of the utmost important that you read and follow all directions.

Since one of the skills being tested is your proficiency with a keyboard and mouse, you will not be able to complete these tasks from a mobile device (smartphone, tablet, etc).

Please be aware that your progress is timed, so do your best to complete the tasks accurately but efficiently. It's recommended that you close any other open windows to avoid distraction.

Some portions of the test require audio. Please use the following audio sample to ensure your sound is working and the volume is adjusted to a comfortable level. After clicking the 'Play' button, you should hear music.

Once you've completed the test, if your scores meet the requirements, you'll be given instructions on how to proceed to the next step in joining our team.
